The propagation rate const. kp of styrene was detd. at -11.8-92.6 Deg with the use of pulsed-laser polymn. (PLP). The temp. dependency of the obtained kp data was evaluated using the Arrhenius equation. The resulting activation energy is 32.6 kJ mol-1 and the pre-exponential factor is 107.66 dm3 mol-1 s-1.
