Photoelectrochemical Solar Water Splitting In article number 2102458 by Ho Won Jang, Jooho Moon, and co workers, performance bias‐free solar water splitting is reported. Sulfur precursor with a weak dipole moment produces high‐quality dense SnS nanoplates with enlarged favorable crystallographic facets, suppressing anisotropic growth. Ga(2)O(3) interlayered SnS photocathode efficiently improves charge transport kinetics without charge trapping. The high‐performance SnS photocathode represents a promising platform for photoelectrochemical solar water splitting. [Image: see text]
