Abstract
1 min read
Amide is one of the most robust groups, characterized by extreme inertness, represented here as laying in a hammock on the beach. Consequently, it will take ages to go up to the mountain together with butanol in the endeavor to get to the other side to become an ester. However, they can take the shortcut of a Zr-MOF-808-P catalyst (FESEM image), represented as a cave, which facilitates reaching the plateau on the other side of the mountain. More information can be found in the Full Paper by P. García-García, A. Corma, et al. on page 4588.
