Abstract

Early MRCP/EUS surveillance in AP patients facilitates timely detection of occult PC and enhances patient prognosis. These findings support prioritizing early surveillance for AP patients with subthreshold MPD dilation and moderately severe disease. Further large-scale studies are warranted to validate these strategies in clinical practice.
