ChemInform Abstract: Strong Metal‐Support Interaction (SMSI) in Ni/Nb2O5 and Ni/TiO2 Catalysts.

EXAFS results obtained for the title catalysts reduced at 773 K show the presence of two Ni‐Nb (Ni‐Ti, resp.) distances characteristic of the SMSI state.
