Abstract Cation exchange of Cd 3 As 2 or Cd 3 P 2 nanocrystals dissolved in tri‐n‐octylphosphine with group 13 ions (InCl 3 , GaCl 3 ) yields monodisperse, crystalline III—V nanocrystals, including GaAs, InAs, GaP, and InP (270—300 °C, 15 min).
