Abstract
1 min readS-Adenosyl-L-homocyteinase (SAH-hydrolase) is recognized as an important enzyme in the regulation of biological transmethylations mediated by methyl transferases. Thus, the inhibitors of this enzyme can be expected to evoke a multitude of biological effects. The numerous examples of such activities have been reviewed recently (Ueland, 1982).
