haploid control respectively.The FCM assay was considered as positive when a haploid cells population was detected.Results: The FCM assay was positive in fourteen cases who had spermatozoa retrieved from their testes (positive TESE) but also in five cases who had negative TESE.The ten patients with negative FCM assay had all negative TESE. Conclusion:In this study, the haploid cells detection by flow cytometry appears as an interesting factor to predict the TESE result.In order to confirm the predictive value of this new test, we have to increase the number of investigated patients.
