Additional file 5. Differentially expressed genes for all cells across cryopreservation conditions. Differential gene expression was performed using the MAST method within Seurat v3 with the RNA assay and default parameters. Differential gene expression was performed using integrated data. Data from all conditions from each matched tumour datasets were down sampled to the same number of mapped sequencing reads using CellRanger. The number of cells in each condition was randomly down sampled to match the condition with the lowest number of cells.
