Based on Michelson interferometer,a multifunctional interference device was designed using the image processing techniques and the parts mobile distance optical measurement technology.The device could measure the wavelength of light source and the curvature of optics,and detect the shape of optical surface.The results were relatively precise and the device was highly automated.
