Eine runde Sache: Fas-stummschaltende siRNA kann durch ein biologisch reduzierbares Polymer in das Zytoplasma humaner mesenchymaler Stammzellen (hMSCs) transportiert werden. Die verbesserte antiapoptotische Aktivität der Fas-stummgeschalteten hMSCs bedeutet, dass diese leicht als vergrößerte Sphäroide formuliert werden können, deren angiogene Effizienz im Vergleich zu den kleineren Gegenstücken deutlich erhöht ist.
