Neural filters with multilayer backpropagation network have been proved to be able to define mostly all linear or non-linear filters. Because of the slowness of the networks' convergency, however, the applicable fields have been limited. In this paper, fuzzy logic is introduced to adjust learning rate and momentum parameter depending upon output errors and training times. This makes the convergency of the network greatly improved. Test curves are shown to prove the fast filters' performance.
Abstract The structures of Pr0.7Ca0.3MnO3 thin films on LaAlO3 (001) and NdGaO3 (001) substrates were investigated using transmission electron microscopy. These substrates induce a significant compressive strain and a slight tensile strain respectively on the film, and quite different microstructures were found in the two cases. Many complex tangles of dislocations were found in the film on LaAlO3, and it had a two-domain structure where both domains have a [110] axis perpendicular to the film plane. The film on NdGaO3 was mostly defect free, apart from occasional precipitates, which appeared to be NaCl-structure MnO, and displayed a single domain structure with the [001] axis perpendicular to the film. The difference in domain structure was explained on the grounds of misfit minimization, and the possible consequences of such a dependence of the domain structure on the substrate for the magnetic properties were discussed.
We report a hybridized nanogenerator including a triboelectric nanogenerator (TENG) and six electromagnetic generators (EMGs) that can effectively scavenge biomechanical energy for sustainably powering an electronic watch. Triggered by the natural motions of the wearer's wrist, a magnetic ball at the center in an acrylic box with coils on each side will collide with the walls, resulting in outputs from both the EMGs and the TENG. By using the hybridized nanogenerator to harvest the biomechanical energy, the electronic watch can be continuously powered under different motion types of the wearer's wrist, where the best approach is to charge a 100 μF capacitor in 39 s to maintain the continuous operation of the watch for 456 s. To increase the working time of the watch further, a homemade Li-ion battery has been utilized as the energy storage unit for realizing the continuous working of the watch for about 218 min by using the hybridized nanogenerator to charge the battery within 32 min. This work will provide the opportunities for developing a nanogenerator-based built-in power source for self-powered wearable electronics such as an electronic watch.
Introduction: Although electric field mediated the magnetic anisotropy in ferromagnetic/ferroelectric structure have an intense report, the angle between the magnetic uniaxial anisotropy and strain anisotropy influencing the rearrangement of the magnetic moment has not well investigated. Methods: Keithley 2410 direct current power supply was used to provide voltage through the Cu wires. Static magnetic properties of CoZr layer were measured through VSM (MicroSense EV9). Dynamic magnetic properties were obtained by FMR (JEOL JES-FA 300 spectrometer, power of 1-mW, X-band at 8.969 GHz). Results and Discussion: Electric field-mediated, room-temperature magnetic anisotropy of CoZr/Pb(Mg 1/3 Nb 2/3 )O 3 –PbTiO3 (PMN–PT) structures, in which easy axis of CoZr layer along either direction of [01-1] or [100] of PMN–PT, was investigated. Measured with vibrating sample magnetometer, for [01-1] easy-axis direction sample, when an electric field was applied, these directions of easy axis and hard axis remains unchanged. However, for [100] easy-axis direction sample, these directions of easy axis and hard axis were changed obviously with applying electric field, attributable to the competition between magnetic uniaxial anisotropy of CoZr layer and piezostrain anisotropy of PMN-PT substrate. Nevertheless, change of the resonance magnetic field with electric field–measured by ferromagnetic resonance–exhibited non-volatile behavior, which possibly indicates magnon-driven magnetoelectric coupling existing in CoZr/PMN–PT structures.
